Gut rehab and redesign of an existing 19th century 2 flat in Forest Park, Illinois. Main focus of work was the redesign of the rear first and second floors and reconfiguration of the rear entry stairs. Included in scope of work was the inclusion of 2 large decks for each apartment unit with stairway access to grade.
