Program requirements included an expanded family room, connection to the existing garage, second floor study and exhibit space, relocation of 2 bedrooms to the second floor and an expansion of the existing master bedroom. Key features provided in the new design are a prominent side entry vestibule, second floor laundry room and an enhanced master bath with connected secondary bathroom with shower.
